Storage period of your personal data
We adhere to the principles of data minimisation and data avoidance. We use software to manage customer data (CRM system or comparable software) based on our legitimate interests (efficient, fast processing of customer enquires).

We would like to point out that emails can be read or altered without authorisation or detection on the transmission path. Furthermore, we would also like to point out that we use software for filtering unwanted emails (spam filter). The spam filter may divert your emails to the spam folder if they have been erroneously identified as spam due to certain characteristics.

What are your rights?
a)    Right to information
You have the right to obtain information about the data stored on your person free of charge. Upon request, we will inform you in writing regarding what personal data we have stored, in accordance with current legal regulations.
